Gifu Prefecture Sushi Commercial Life Sanitation Association
The Federation of All Japan Sushi Commercial and Life Sanitation Trade Associations is a corporate body authorized by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, established based on the Industrial Sanitation Act and headquartered in Tokyo in 1961.
The Gifu Prefecture Sushi Commercial Life Sanitation Association was established in March 1975 after being certified by Gifu Prefecture. We are working with union member stores aiming for management strategy and business prosperity.
